Returns Policy

If you have purchased the wrong product, and wish to exchange it, this is no problem at all.

The customer will be expected to return the product at the customer’s expense, the original product once arrived in saleable condition will be refunded (per refunds policy exclusive of shipping cost) following which a new order will be created and different product will be sent.

The purchaser will be required to pay a second courier charge.

If you have changed your mind, and return the unopened product in saleable condition at your expense, a full refund will be issued for the product, less shipping costs.

Used items may not be returned based on change of mind.

We do not sell products likely to cause skin irritation on this website, and we provide advice on correct use of products. If you have a reaction to a product, please contact us to discuss and resolve. In this instance, we may possibly involve our supplier or the product manufacturer for additional advice (unlikely, but possible).

All returns must be made within 30 days of the product being received.

Should you return an item and it not be in new or saleable condition, no refund will be provided.
