Returns Policy

If you have purchased the wrong product, and wish to exchange it, this is no problem at all. The customer will be expected to return the product at the customer’s expense, following which a different product will be sent. The purchaser will be required to pay a second courier charge and any difference in price will either be refunded, or additional payment made – depending on the prices of the product returned and the product sent.

If you have changed your mind, and return the unopened product in saleable condition at your expense, a full refund will be issued for the product, less shipping costs.

Used items may not be returned based on change of mind.

We do not sell products likely to cause skin irritation on this website, and we provide advice on correct use of products. If you have a reaction to a product, please contact us to discuss and resolve. In this instance, we may possibly involve our supplier or the product manufacturer for additional advice (unlikely, but possible).

All returns must be made within 30 days of the product being received.
